Join us in welcoming two new members of the Lupton Center team, Candice Kelly and Stacy Brungardt!
These dynamic women bring the energy and skills the Lupton Center needs to keep expanding its capacity to equip changemakers. So far, 20 neighborhoods across the country have expressed interest in hosting our transformational City Shapers program. These women will be instrumental in catalyzing transformative work around the country.
Candice, a metro Atlanta native, is coming on as the Lupton Center account manager. She will journey with Changemakers and ensure they stay connected with the support they need to flourish.
“I’m really excited to be part of an organization that is impacting poverty and neighborhood development in such a meaningful way. FCS puts neighbors in a position to empower themselves to flourish. It’s crucial to address the root causes of a community’s challenges, not just make temporary fixes.” We couldn’t agree more, Candice.
If you recognize Stacy, our newest Lead Trainer, it’s because she has worked alongside the Lupton Center for many years. Our Seeking Shalom curriculum features her and her wisdom, too. She brings her lived experiences with chronic, material poverty and professional experience as the director of a community development organization here in Atlanta.
“What I’m most excited about in this new role is the opportunity to provide other change-leaders with the necessary tools and training to develop thriving communities where everyone can flourish!” Stacy shared with us.
We are thrilled to be adding these gifted women to our team, and we know that many of you will have the joy of interacting with them soon!
